- Plate (8 inches wide)
- Measuring Spoons (tablespoon, 1/8 teaspoon)
- Kitchen Scale
Instructions:
- First start by washing the tomatoes and cutting them into approximately 1/4 inch thick slices.
- Then arrange them on the plate in a circular pattern.
- Next drain the Burrata from the liquid and place in the middle of the plate.
- Now drizzle the extra virgin olive oil over the plate.
- Next season with sea salt and black pepper.
- Then chop the basil leaves and sprinkle over the plate.
- Finally, cut into the Burrata cheese and dig in! Buon Appetito!
