The first step is to preheat the oven to 385 Degrees Fahrenheit.
Then gather all of the ingredients and tools you will need to make this recipe.
Now wash the head of garlic.
Next, using the cutting board, cut off part of the top of the head of garlic so that the garlic cloves are exposed at the top.
Then cut a piece of aluminum foil approximately 12 inches by 12 inches and place the head of garlic in the foil.
Now drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Next close up the aluminum foil by pinching the four corners together. You should end up with a small package of garlic.
