Ingredients
Orange 290 grams (weighed with peel)
red onion 30 grams,
extra virgin olive oil 1/2 Tablespoon,
sea salt 1/8 Teaspoon black pepper a dash.
Instructions
First you want to start by washing an orange then peeling to remove the skin and the pith.
Next you want to remove the segments from the orange and place in a bowl.
Then wash and peel a red onion. Then thinly slice 30 grams and add to the bowl with the orange.
Next drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, and season with sea salt and black pepper. MIx and enjoy!
Notes
Variations of Italian Orange Salad: There are different variations of Italian Orange Salad. It can be made without the onion. It can also be made with fennel as well.
