- The first step is to gather all the tools and ingredients for this recipe.
- Next you will want to wash the tomatoes and basil.
- Then you should finely chop the basil and set aside.
- Now put the frying pan on the burner and add in the extra virgin olive oil.
- Next add the tomatoes to the pan and turn the burner on to medium heat.
- Cover frying pan with a lid as the tomatoes have a tendency to pop.
- Cook for about 3 minutes and then toss the tomatoes and continue to cook on medium heat for another 3 minutes.
- Finally sprinkle with sea salt and the fresh basil.
