- 6 Mini Bocconcini Balls
- 6 Grape Tomatoes
- 6 Medium Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1/2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/8 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Finely Ground Black Pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze
Instructions
- First drain out 6 mini bocconcini and place in the small bowl.
- Next wash 6 grape tomatoes and add to the same bowl.
- Then add the Extra Virgin Olive Oil to the bowl.
- Now sprinkle the sea salt, black pepper and dried oregano.
- Using a spoon, mix together the ingredients.
- Now for the assembly….Take one of the mini bocconcini balls and insert the toothpick until the cheese is at the bottom.
- Next take one of the fresh basil leaves, fold it in half and insert the toothpick through the middle of the folded basil leaf.
- Now take one of the grape tomatoes and insert on the toothpick until it reaches the basil leaf.
- Lastly, for the finishing touch, drizzle with some balsamic glaze.
