- 1/2 cup Canned Chickpeas
- 1/2 cup Avocado
- 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1/8 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Using the tablespoon, measure out the extra virgin olive oil and lime juice and pour into the blender.
- Next add in the Celtic sea salt and garlic powder.
- Open the can of chickpeas and add in 1/2 cup to the blender.
- Measure out 1/2 cup of avocado and add to the blender.
- Make sure you use the blender according to the instructions of your appliance. In this recipe, the Vitamix was used and the mixture was blended about one minute until it was smooth.
