Salad Ingredients:
- Canned Chickpeas 540 ml or 2 Cups Drained
- Cucumber 160 grams
- Tomato 160 grams
- Fresh Parsley Leaves 5 grams or 2 Tablespoons
- Green Onion 15 grams or 2 Tablespoons
Salad Dressing:
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil 6 Tablespoons
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
- Sea Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
- Black Pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
- Dried Oregano 1/4 Teaspoon

Tools You Will Need:
- Cutting board
- Paring Knife
- Can Opener
- Colander
- Large Bowl
- Large Spoon
- Measuring Spoons (1/4 teaspoon, 1/2 teaspoon, tablespoon)
Instructions:
- First gather all your ingredients and tools.
- Next open the can of chickpeas, drain, rinse and add to a large bowl.
- Next wash the cucumber and cut off the ends. Then chop the cucumber and add to the bowl.
- Now wash and cut the tomato and add to the bowl.
- Then cut the green onion and add to the bowl.
- Finally rough chop parsley leaves and add to the salad.
- Now for a simple Italian dressing, first drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
- Then add balsamic vinegar.
- For the seasoning add sea salt, black pepper and dried oregano.
- Mix, serve & enjoy! Buon Appetito!
