- Large Bowl

- Measuring Spoons (1/4 teaspoon, 1/2 teaspoon, tablespoon)
Step-by-Step Instructions
First gather all your ingredients and tools.
Next open the can of chickpeas, drain, rinse and add to a large bowl.
Next wash the cucumber and cut off the ends. Then chop the cucumber and add to the bowl.
Now wash and cut the tomato and add to the bowl.
Then cut the green onion and add to the bowl.
Finally rough chop parsley leaves and add to the salad.
Now for a simple Italian dressing, first drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
Then add balsamic vinegar.
For the seasoning add sea salt, black pepper and dried oregano.
