What You Need To Make This Recipe

Ingredients to Make This Burrata Cheese Board:

Burrata 250 grams
Prosciutto 100 grams
177 grams Red Seedless Grapes
100 grams (weighed with pit)Apricots
170 grams Roasted Red Pepper (Purchased Prepared in Jar)
150 grams Baguette

For the Tomato Salad
115 grams Grape & Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/8 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil

Additional Topping:
Drizzle 1/2 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil on roasted red peppers
Add 3-4 fresh basil leaves to roasted red peppers

Tools You Will Need to Make this Burrata Cheeseboard:

  1. Board (12 inches by 18 inches)
    2.Cutting Board (for cutting ingredients)
  2. Knife
  3. 3 Bowls (one for washing ingredients, the other to prepare the tomato salad and one for draining out the roasted red peppers from the jar)
  4. Scale
  5. Measuring spoons (1/8 teaspoon, 1/2 tablespoon, tablespoon)

How To Make This Easy Appetizer

Preparing the Ingredients:

  1. Start by washing grapes, apricots, tomatoes and basil.
  2. Make the tomato salad by cutting tomatoes in half and finely chop 1 tablespoon of fresh basil and add them both to the bowl. Then add in the 1/2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and salt. Mix well.
  3. Next cut the apricots in half, remove the pit and slice.
  4. If not already in small bunches, separate grapes into small bunches.
  5. Drain out the roasted red peppers.
  6. Slice baguette in about 1/2 inch pieces.
  7. Remove the Burrata cheese from the liquid in the container.

Now for the assembly…

  1. Start by placing the Burrata in the middle back of the board.
  2. Next arrange the fruit in the bottom corners of the Burrata.
  3. Next leave some space below the burrata and arrange the prosciutto in the middle of the board.
  4. Next place the tomato salad on the left side of the board next to the prosciutto.
  5. Place the roasted red peppers on the right of the prosciutto. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and add 3-4 basil leaves.
  6. Arrange the sliced bread at the top of the board on either side of the Burrata cheese.
