This easy roasted pumpkin seeds recipe is makes a delicious treat and a great way to use more of your pumpkin!

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cups Raw Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fine Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  2. Cut off pumpkin top and scoop out inside of the pumpkin.

 

  1. Separate the pulp from the seeds.

 

  1. Line an 13 inch x 17 inch baking tray with parchment paper and place the seeds on the tray. Sprinkle with the salt and place on the middle rack of the preheated oven.

 

  1. Check on the seeds at about 40 minutes. They may need another 5 to 10 minutes. They are ready when they are a nice golden colour and crunchy. Let cool and serve and enjoy!
