- 2/3 cups Raw Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Fine Sea Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- Cut off pumpkin top and scoop out inside of the pumpkin.
- Separate the pulp from the seeds.
- Line an 13 inch x 17 inch baking tray with parchment paper and place the seeds on the tray. Sprinkle with the salt and place on the middle rack of the preheated oven.
- Check on the seeds at about 40 minutes. They may need another 5 to 10 minutes. They are ready when they are a nice golden colour and crunchy. Let cool and serve and enjoy!
