Ingredients for Burrata Toast
Burrata Cheese 250 grams
For Roasted Garlic:
1 Head of Garlic
1/2 Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/8 Teaspoon Sea Salt
2 pieces of rustic bread (Pieces used in this recipe were 6 inches x 3 inches wide by about 1 inch thick)
For Tomato topping:
50 grams of grape tomatoes (Can sub with whatever tomatoes you have available)
1/2 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/8 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Black Pepper
For Finishing:
1/2 Tablespoon of Basil
6 grams of Green Onion
4 pitted black olives(Kalamata used in this recipe)
Drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

How To Make This Recipe
Roasted Garlic Ingredients:
1 Head of Garlic
1/2 Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/8 Teaspoon Sea Salt
Instructions:
In Regular Oven:
Cut Top off of the garlic bulb exposing the cloves. Place on a piece of foil, drizzle with the extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with the sea salt. Close the foil and place on a baking sheet.
Place in a preheated 385 degree Fahrenheit oven on the middle rack for 45 minutes. Check on it to occasionally, cooking time may vary depending on ovens. Some ovens might cook faster or take longer. See How To Roast Garlic for more details.
Toasting the Bread:
Ingredients:
2 pieces of rustic bread (Pieces used in this recipe were 6 inches x 3 inches wide by about 1 inch thick)
Place on a parchment lined baking tray and toast for about 10 minutes at 385 degrees Fahrenheit. Check on it to occasionally, cooking time may vary depending on ovens. Some ovens might cook faster or take longer.
Prepping Tomatoes
Ingredients:
50 grams of grape tomatoes (Can sub with whatever tomatoes you have available)
1/2 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/8 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Cut tomatoes in half and place in small bowl. Add oil and seasonings. Mix and set aside.
Toppings:
Finely chop about 1/2 Tablespoon of Basil
Chop 6 grams of Green Onion
Cut 4 pitted black olives in half (Kalamata used in this recipe)
Assembly:
Let the toasted bread and roasted garlic cool for a few minutes.
Then place the 2 pieces of bread on the serving plate, squeeze the roasted garlic evenly on the 2 pieces of bread.
Next drain the Burrata cheese (250 gram size). Place on the bread and cut open and spread out the inside Stracciatella onto both pieces of bread.
Next add the tomatoes.
Then garnish with the basil, green onion and olives.
Finally drizzle some extra virgin olive oil and add a pinch of sea salt and black pepper.
